Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 76jili employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed and any Balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 76jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 76jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
76jili reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
All financial transactions on the 76jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 76jili may add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 76jili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 76jili reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not a reflection on the Player's standing.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the Account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. 76jili will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
76jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
76jili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Where 76jili determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to cancel all associated Bonus Funds, void any winnings derived from those funds, and suspend or permanently close the Player's Account.

Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including 76jili.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings for each game are published in the 76jili Analysis section. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 76jili will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance. 76jili's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 76jili Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
76jili reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any Balance pending investigation, and pursue all available legal remedies.
All content on the 76jili Platform — including but not limited to the 76jili name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 76jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 76jili.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 76jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
76jili's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
76jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
